Return Policy

Your satisfaction is a priority for us, and we are committed to addressing your needs fairly and efficiently.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Some restrictions may apply—please review the "Non-Returnable Items" and "Return Reasons" sections below for more information.

Please be aware that if a return is necessary for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to offer free return shipping. As a discount office supply store committed to keeping prices low, return shipping costs can lead to higher prices for all customers. Moreover, our outbound shipping charges may be deducted from refunds for returns that are not due to our fault. 

Non-defective returns for freight items will only receive a refund for the merchandise cost.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from More Office Furniture, and all returns must have a return authorization number. Please retain all original packaging, as items without it are not returnable. Products must be in resellable condition, except for those that are damaged or defective.


All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

Return Procedure

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number: Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from More Office Furniture. Contact us via email at support@moreofficefurniture.com to request this number.
  2. Prepare the Items for Return: Keep all original packaging and make sure the items are in their original, unused condition. Items without their original packaging may not be returnable.
  3. Include the Return Authorization Number: Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. This number must be included for your return to be processed.
  4. Ship the Return: Once you have received your Return Authorization Number, ship the items back to the items to the return address using your preferred shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides proof of delivery, such as UPS or FedEx, as items lost or damaged during transit cannot be credited. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  5. Receive Your Refund: After we receive the returned items and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your original method of payment.


Non-Returnable Items

A limited number of items are non-returnable due to manufacturer policies. For reasons such as potential fraudulent claims, limited shelf life, and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on the following products: all dated items including calendars and planners, food and beverages, personal hygiene products, ink and toner cartridges, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and certain cleaning supplies. These items can only be returned if they are defective or if there was an error on our part. Additionally, computer software and any assembled furniture cannot be returned.

Return Reasons

If you ordered an item by mistake or changed your mind about the purchase, we will refund the price of the unopened, restockable item, minus the shipping costs. Please note that if you return an item ordered in error, and it received free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. The cost of shipping the returned item back to the More Office Furniture is the responsibility of the customer. 

If we sent you a damaged or defective item, or if there was an error in shipping the incorrect item, we will handle the return and cover any associated shipping charges due to our mistake.

Manufacturer’s Warranties

All returns or replacements after 30 days must be handled directly through the product’s manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties can vary, so please refer to the warranty information provided with your product(s).
